DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
No, just come on in, we are always happy to see you! However, if you are a group of more than 5 you might want to look into our party packages.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?
Really that is up to you, but if you like to paint in a lot of detail you will want to plan more time. If you do not finish, don't worry we can wrap your piece up for you to take home and bring back when you have more time.
It's worth noting that younger painters might not take as long or be as detailed, but handprints are always a way to make their pieces extra special.
WHERE IN CROSSROADS ARE YOU?
We are located inside Crossroads Mall. From the food court head away from QFC toward Pier 1. We are right in front of the carousel and across from the candy store. If you get lost, just call and we'll direct you!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Crossroads mall Gift Cards. No checks!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It depends on what you decide to paint. We have ornaments that start at $8, large platters for $95 and everything in between! There is no sitting fee and the only additional cost would be tax or specialty glazes.
CAN WE EAT IN THE STUDIO?
We don't mind a little snack or coffee if you take it back out with you when you leave but please don't bring in anything that is greasy, as it may affect your piece, or really strong smelling, as it may affect other painters or staff. Also, NO PEANUTS OR PEPPERMINT in the studio due to allergies.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PROJECT?
We typically return pieces in 5-7 days.
WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN MY PIECE IS READY?
No, but you are always welcome to call and give a description of your piece to see if it is ready before coming to pick it up.
DO YOU TEACH US HOW TO PAINT?
Only in our classes. However, if you want to know how to do something, just ask. We'll help you with whatever we can! :)
