DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
No, just come on in, we are always happy to see you! However, if you are a group of more than 5 you might want to look into our party packages.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?
That is up to you, but if you like to paint in a lot of detail you will want to plan more time. If you do not finish, don't worry we can wrap your piece up for you to take home and bring back when you have more time.
It's worth noting that younger painters might not take as long or be as detailed, but handprints are always a way to make their pieces extra special.

WHERE IN CROSSROADS ARE YOU?
We are located inside Crossroads Mall. From the food court head away from QFC toward Hallmark. We are right in front of the carousel. If you get lost, just call and we'll direct you!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Crossroads Mall Gift Cards. No checks!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY RECEIPT?
We no longer use receipts for pick up. A receipt only tells us what you painted, not how you painted it. We have you take pictures when you are done painting and use those to find your pieces when you come to pick them up. As an added bonus, anyone in your family can pick up your items with those pictures. If you lost your pictures or forgot to take them don't worry! We will set the pieces aside for 30 days from the date you painted to give our customers a chance to pick the pieces up with pictures. If no one claims them during that time we will call you so you can come pick them up!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It depends on what you decide to paint. We have magnets that start at $8 or ornaments that start at $10, large platters and gnomes for $95 and everything in between! There is no sitting fee or paint fee. The only additional cost would be tax or specialty glazes.
CAN WE EAT IN THE STUDIO?
We don't mind a little snack or coffee if you take it back out with you when you leave. Please don't bring in anything that is greasy, as it may affect your piece, or anything strong smelling, as it may affect other painters or staff. Also, nothing homemade and NO PEANUTS OR PEPPERMINT in the studio due to allergies.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PROJECT?
We guarantee 7 days. We can rush your piece(s) for $10 per item.

WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN MY PIECE IS READY?
No, but you are always welcome to call and give a description of your piece to see if it is ready before coming to pick it up. We only call on rush orders when they are complete and birthday parties when they have not been picked up after 30 days.

DO YOU TEACH US HOW TO PAINT?
Only in our classes. However, if you want to know how to do something, just ask. We'll help you with whatever we can! :)
